Abstract

This work deals with the evaluation of satisfaction contributory organizations. The main objective of this work is to evaluate the quality of the activity in the primary school otic from the perspective of parents of pupils of this school. The areas of research are school facilities, school activities, the quality of the teaching staff, parents, and information security students. The theoretical part includes a breakdown of the economy and defining a space for the operation of non-profit organizations, information about the history, theories of the origin and structure of these organizations. A significant portion is devoted to non-profit organizations working in the public sector, primarily funded organizations. As the practical part deals with organizations such as primary school, there is also explained funding for education and the elementary school from a general perspective. The practical part of this bachelor describes the basic characteristics of the education program, preventive strategies and management of primary school in Otice. It also includes assessment survey and evaluation of the quality of school activities Otice. Used methods: analysis of management contributory organization, data collection and survey, including its evaluation using Microsoft Office Excel.
