Abstract

This Bachelor’s thesis is focused on problems with human resources management. The point of this Bachelor’s thesis is to learn present estate and attitudes in the area of human resources management in the D3Soft company. This Bachelor’s thesis is divided into two main parts. In the first, theoretical part, I am concerned with human resources, organizational personal policy, specification and analysis of work, work needs specification, employee assessment, continuing personal agency, employee relations, and organization standards. The second part is concerned with company characteristics, and in this section I made analyses by means of half-standardised dialog focused on effective human resources management. In the epilogue there are listed suggestions and advices which can be used for problematical parts.
