Abstract

Today, tourism is becoming an important economic factor worldwide. Is true even in the Czech Republic. Conference tourism is part of the segment of MICE tourism market. Topic of the thesis of the conference on tourism is using the selected methods of project management to prepare a project that will serve as the basis for the implementation of the first Conference on tourism at Slovácku.V first part of this work is characterized by congress tourism in the Czech Republic with a listing of conferences organized for tourism, which contributed to building the prestige of the Czech Republic. This part focuses on the description of selected approaches to project management. In the second part of the economic viability of the project layout, layout software project and an analysis of problems or risks in managing a specific project and the proposed resolution.
