Elektronická komunikace v podmínkách státního zastupitelství

Abstract

The aim of the Bachelor Thesis on the topic of "Electronic Communication in Terms of the Public Prosecutor´s Office" is the first to characterize the instruments internal and external communication in terms of the District Public Prosecutor´s Office in Nový Jičín, and secondly evaluate the deliveries by the District Public Prosecutor´s Office in Nový Jičín, particularly through the deliveries of data boxes, in the years from 2008 to 2011. This Thesis contain a brief description of the Public Administration and its partitioning. Then next is a description of the System of the Public Prosecutor´s Office, internal relations, its activities and responsibilities, and this is detailed specified in terms of the District Public Prosecutor´s Office in Nový Jičín, including personnel and technical security. The Thesis also contain a brief description of the district Nový Jičín and the development of crime in this district in the years from 2007 to 2010. In the next part of the Thesis are defined types of shipments, which are delivered by the District Public Prosecutor´s Office in Nový Jičín, a number of individual types of shipments and costs associated with this deliveries in the years from 2008 to 2011, including costs to deliveries by the data boxes in the years from 2009 to 2011. This Thesis consist of 5 chapters and the part with annexes, which contain summary data from which the text draws as well as information on which it is referenced in the text.
