dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce je věnována problematice vnitropodnikových směrnic. Teoretická část je zaměřena na obecnou charakteristiku směrnic. Jsou zde uvedeny nejčastěji využívané vnitropodnikové směrnice. V praktické části je zahrnuta charakteristika vybrané společnosti. Dále je provedena analýza a zhodnocení vybrané vnitropodnikové směrnice. Cílem bakalářské práce je tvorba nové vnitropodnikové směrnice pro oblast dlouhodobého hmotného a nehmotného majetku a odpisový plán pro vybranou společnost.cs
dc.description.abstractThe bachelor´s thesis is devoted to issues of internal regulation. The theoretical part focuses on the general characteristics of regulations. There are describes the most frequently used internal regulation. The practical part included the characteristics of the selected company. Then the analysis and evaluation of selected internal regulation is made. The aim of the bachelor´s thesis is formation of the internal regulation in the area of fixed assets and depreciation in the selected company.en
