Abstract

This thesis presents a comprehensive set of architectural drawings, technical analyses, and documentation forming a complete design package for a residential building project. The work includes drawings, assessments, material specifications, and energy-related documentation, all prepared in accordance with relevant architectural drafting standards and regulations.

The design documentation consists of a site plan, foundation layout, floor plans, two cross-sections, elevation drawings, roof plan, ceiling plan, and two detailed construction drawings. These drawings provide a complete representation of the building from both architectural and structural perspectives.

The thesis also includes a technical report explaining the overall design concept, construction methods, selected building materials, and compliance with applicable standards. An important component of the work is the structural assessment of the staircase, which evaluates its geometry and ensures its functionality, safety, and compliance with design requirements.

Energy-related documentation forms another essential part of the thesis. The energy performance assessment evaluates the building’s thermal properties, energy consumption, envelope efficiency, heating performance, ventilation requirements, and overall energy behavior in accordance with current regulations.

The aim of the thesis is to develop clear, accurate, and professionally structured documentation that integrates architectural design, structural solutions, and energy performance considerations into a coherent and technically sound project.
