Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with the issue of strategic change management in the industrial company. The aim of the thesis is to prepare the company for change by means of a detailed analysis of the company based on models of successful strategic change management. It is necessary to take into account the nature of the business, both the soft and the tough factors of strategic management and to approach them appropriately so that the company is as well prepared as possible for a possible strategic change. The output of this work will be the proposals and recommendations that will emerge from the already mentioned success models of strategic changes, namely from the 7S analysis and the analysis of the Stakeholders. These suggestions should help the enterprise to better manage the dynamic environment of strategic change.
