Analýza profilu zákazníků on-line platformy se second-hand oblečením

Abstract

The bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis of the customer profile of an online second-hand clothing platform, specifically the platform Vinted, which allows the sale and purchase of second-hand clothing. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the theoretical background of consumer behaviour and the characteristics of the second-hand clothing market, including an introduction to the Vinted platform. The practical part presents the results of the research conducted through a questionnaire survey using the CAWI method. The final part of the thesis contains a profile of a typical customer of the Vinted platform based on the data obtained and the formulation of proposals and recommendations for the operator of this platform.
