Abstract

Aim of bachelor thesis is to evaluate the financial health of the manufacturing company based on the use of financial analysis tools. The analysis is performed the monitored period from 2008 to 2012. Bachelor thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The first part deals with theoretical concepts of financial analysis. Its contents are users of financial analysis, sources of information for financial analysis, financial analysis methods and models for rating the financial level. In the second part the analyzed company Galvamet, spol. Ltd. We focused on the history and present of the company. Then there is the financial analysis of the company, whose implementation was used financial statements of companies, tools and methods of financial analysis. In conclusion, the thesis summarizes the results and to make recommendations that may improve the financial situation of the company.
