Volba vhodného spořicího účtu pomocí vícekriteriálního rozhodování

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of savings accounts available in the Czech banking market. The main aim of the thesis is to select the most suitable saving account for the inhabitants of Zlín city by using methods of multiple attribute decision making. There have been chosen 13 savings accounts provided by the most well-known and most important banks in the Czech Republic for the multi-criteria analysis. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and the practical part. The theoretical part includes the characteristics of banking products, concretely it focuses on bank liabilities. Furthermore, it deals with the methods of multiple attribute decision making. The practical part of the thesis describes the solution procedure of the decision problem which is based on the analytic hierarchy process and on the weighted sum model. The analysis results from requirements of four decision-makers who have different preferences for the specified criteria. There has been used the Saaty's pairwise comparison method for determining the criteria weights. Finally, the selection of the optimal saving account and the general evaluation of chosen savings accounts are accomplished.
