Analýza podnikatelského rizika vybraného podniku

Abstract

The objective of this bachelor thesis is analysis of business risk of company Východočeské plynárenské strojírny a.s. on the basis of the financial analysis, SWOT analysis and propose countermeasures to minimalize these risks. In the theoretical part is characterized risk analysis, its methods and processes. In the application part is introduced company Východočeské plynárenské strojírny a.s., also processed their financial analysis of the accounting data and SWOT analysis. The analysis of business risk is processed and based on them. In the end of the thesis are proposed measures and evaluated the results of the analysis of business risk.
