Abstract

The aim of this Diploma Thesis is the creation of the project documentation for construction of administrative building and the elaboration of the Health and Safety Plan for realization of this project according to Act No.309/2006 Coll. Importance of creating this plan is required by law. The aim of prevention efforts in the construction is the reduce of fatalities and serious injuries. Planning and safety management can prevent potential risks and reduce the cost of damages. Preparation of the technological documentation and of the construction documentation was conducted in accordance with current standards.
