Návrh implementace metody Balanced Scorecard ve vybraném podniku

Abstract

The aim of the thesis was to propose a specific form of implementation of the Balanced Scorecard method for a selected automotive company. In addition to the introduction and conclusion, the thesis contains four main chapters. Firstly, the theoretical-methodological part was introduced, in which the principles of BSC, characteristics of individual perspectives, etc. were introduced. Then a chapter containing a specific proposal for the implementation of the BSC method was introduced. Before the conclusion, there was a chapter containing the resulting proposals and recommendations for the selected company.
