Abstract
Thesis " The use of secondary materials in the manufacture of industrial flooring systems " is basically divided into two parts.
The theoretical part is mainly concerned with the general knowledge of the materials used to manufacture cement shake . Cement shake-ins are designed to prepare wear layers of industrial concrete floors , so they're working the most common disorders of these
layers of revenues resulting from the requirements that are applicable to them. In the
theoretical part are also the main ingredients for the preparation of cement mixtures. It describes the production and properties of these components such as cement, aggregate ( gravel ) and chemical modifiers. In particular, he focuses on the influence of individual components of the resulting properties of cement shake .
The practical part could be further divided into two parts, the first part examined the
properties of the material and the theoretical basis for individual tests of cement shake , such
as grain size analysis , abrasion test , test compression strength and tensile strength bend. In
the first part of the proposal is also a mixture of cement formulations , where the original filler replaced the abrasive material Trym . The second part is devoted to the practical part of the measurement results and their comparison with the reference mixture FORTEDUR 1010
