Motivace a spokojenost zaměstnanců ve veřejné správě

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku motivace a spokojenosti zaměstnanců ve veřejné správě. Je rozdělena na teoretickou část a část praktickou. V teoretické části se věnuji základním pojmům a teoretickým východiskům z problematiky motivace a pracovní spokojenosti. Součástí teoretické části je i charakteristika státní správy. V praktické části jsem provedla vyhodnocení dotazníkového šetření, které bylo zaměřeno na motivační faktory a spokojenost zaměstnanců. Dále byla provedena analýza výsledků a podány možné návrhy a doporučení.

The dissertation is intent on the problems of motivation and satisfaction of the employees in the public administration. It is devided into a theoretical part and a practical part. In the theoretical part, there are the basic notions and and the theoretical ways out of the problems of the motivation and satisfaction at work. A constituent of the theoretical part is also the characterization of state administration. In the practical part, I did the evaluation of questionnaire investigation which was focused on motivating factors and satisfaction of the employees. Further on, an analysis of results was carried out, and possible proposals and suggestions were given.
