Témou danej diplomovej práce je stavba hasičskej stanice v Dolnom Kubíne, ktorá bude realizovaná v katastri obce Dolný Kubín na parc. č. 284/214, v zastavanom území obce. Obsahom danej práce je spracovanie projektovej dokumentácie pre realizáciu stavby podľa vyhlášky č. 405/2017 Sb. [2] ktorou sa mení vyhláška č. 499/2006 Sb. o dokumentácii stavieb, [3] ktorá obsahuje technickú správu a výkresovú časť. Diplomová práca ďalej zahrňuje teplo-technické posúdenie obalových konštrukcií, energetický štítok obálky budovy a statické posúdenie príslušného konštrukčného prvku.

Hasičská stanica je dvojpodlažný objekt obsahujúci dve nadzemné podlažia, kde celkový tvar objektu znázorňuje písmeno “L“. Objekt je založený na základové pásy a pätky z prostého betónu. Na základové konštrukcie je vyhotovený podkladový betón vystužený KARI sieťou. Strecha hasičskej stanice je plochá jednoplášťová.

The topic of the diploma thesis is the construction of a fire station in Dolny Kubin, which will be implemented in the cadastre of the community Dolny Kubin on the parcel with number 284/214, in the built-up area of the community. The content of the work is the processing of project documentation for the implementation of the construction according to the decree no. 405/2017 Coll. [2] amending decree no. 499/2006 Coll. on building documentation, [3] which includes a technical report and a drawing section. The diploma thesis also includes thermotechnical assessment of packaging structures, energy label of the building envelope and static assessment of the relevant structural element.

The fire station is a two-floors building containing two above-ground floors, where the overall shape of the building is represented by the character "L". The building is based on foundation strips and footings made of plain concrete. Base concrete reinforced with KARI mesh is made for the foundation structures. The roof of the fire station is flat.
