Abstract

The bachelor work called „Sale of Property in Execution Proceedings” deals with legal and consequently economic aspects of enforcement proceedings connected with execution sale of personal estate and real property. The work in its theoretical part describes detailed the basic terms and the legal framework regulating the providing of enforcement together with a short excursion into the process of enforcement proceedings and in the following the providing of execution sale is explained. The practical part of work deals with cost analysis of sale of personal estate and also of real property and further with their economical comparison. The goal of work is to introduce the reader into the process of enforcement proceedings in connection with providing of auction sale of personal and real property with emphasis to demonstration of current legal regulation, on base of which the proceedings are provided.
