Abstract
This thesis aims to find a method of metallurgy data analysis and inverse modeling of the chemical heating of steel. In the introduction, there is a description of the standard technologies of secondary steel processing, which are using a chemical heating. The introduction also includes the theoretical essence of processes from secondary metallurgy. Furthermore, there is a description of the fields which need to do the data analysis. The methods used during the inverse modeling of a chemical heating algorithm are simulated by R language, which has been used for data preparation and data analysis. There was a definition of the standard assumptions for building prediction models and their options for verification and validation. Regression analysis and ordinary least squares method have been used for the model building. The thesis has also included a cooling effect for additives and the usage equilibrium contents of Al for controlling the process of chemical heating. The model of chemical heating has been applied in Electric steel plant Třinecké Železárny, a.s. The conclusion of this thesis offers more options of combination models based on the data and a math model chemical heating
