Řízení systému údržby v ŽDB GROUP a.s.

Abstract

Tématem této diplomové práce je systém řízení údržby v ŽDB GROUP a.s., závodu Drátovna. V úvodní teoretické kapitole je stručně nastíněn historický vývoj systémů řízení údržby. V další části se lze seznámit s novými trendy v řízení údržby a organizaci údržby a také jejich začleněním do celkového řízení podniku. V praktické části je nejprve představen podnik ŽDB GROUP a.s. Následně je popsána stručná historie oprav a údržby v celém podniku ŽDB. Další kapitoly se zabývají stávajícím stavem organizace oprav a údržby a jejich ekonomickými ukazateli. Poslední dvě kapitoly mají za cíl ekonomicky porovnat současný stav řízení systému údržby v ŽDB GROUP a.s., závod Drátovna a navrhnout zlepšení práce v oblasti oprav a údržby.

The theme of this diploma thesis is the maintenance management system in ŽDB GROUP a.s., plant Wire. In the introductory theoretical chapter is briefly outlined the historical development of maintenance management systems. In the next part can get acquainted with new trends in maintenance management and maintenance organizations and their integration into overall business management. In the first of practical part is introduced corporation ŽDB GROUP a.s. Then is described a brief history of repairs and maintenance across the enterprise ŽDB. Other chapters deal with the current state of repair and maintenance organizations and their economic indicators. The last two chapters intend to compare the current state of economic management system maintenance ŽDB GROUP a.s., plant Wire and propose improvements to work on repairs and maintenance.
