Analýza výdajů vztahujících se k jakosti ve velkém průmyslovém podniku

Abstract

This baccalaureate work is processed on the topic of cost analysis related to quality in company ZDB GROUP Inc. Theoretical part of this baccalaureate work explains problems and progress in financial measuring as well as various groups of quality related costs are described. Other part of this thesis represents individual plants of the company ZDB GROUP Inc. The current state of quality management system is analyzed and consequently the data of cost analysis related to quality during the period of years 2006 - 2009 are processed according the PAF model established by the company. Suggestions for possible improvment of the company ZDB GROUP Inc . are mentioned in the end of this thesis.
