Organizace a řízení Olympiády dětí a mládeže

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu organizace sportovní akce, konkrétně na zimní Olympiádu dětí a mládeže 2025, která se konala v Moravskoslezském kraji. Cílem práce bylo identifikovat silné a slabé stránky organizace a navrhnout doporučení pro jejich zlepšení. Práce obsahuje metody rozhovoru, který byl veden s jedním z hlavních organizátorů akce a SWOT analýzy, která z něj vychází. Výpověď a zjištění ukazují na velmi vydařenou organizaci, která proběhla bez větších problémů i přes složitou logistiku multisportovní akce. I tak byly identifikovány oblasti, které se mohou do budoucna vylepšit. Patří mezi ně například nedokončený plán financování nově vybudovaného běžeckého areálu nebo nedostatečná zpětná vazba pro pořadatele.

This bachelor's thesis focuses on the analysis of sports event organization, specifically the winter Children and Youth Olympics 2025, which took place in the Moravian-Silesian Region. The aim of the work was to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the organization and to propose recommendations for their improvement. The thesis includes an interview method conducted with one of the main organizers of the event and SWOT analysis derived from it.The testimony and findings indicate a very successful organization that proceeded without major issues despite the complex logistics of a multi-sport event. Nevertheless, areas for the future improvement were identified. These include, for example, an incomplete financing plan for the newly built cross-country skiing area or insufficient feedback for the organizers.
