Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the education and development of employees in the chosen company. The aim of the thesis is to assess the current system of training and development in this company. A sub-objective is also to summarize the basic theoretical approaches related to the researched issue. The bachelor thesis is divided into two parts. The first part is the theoretical part, which includes basic definitions and concepts related to employee development and corporate training. The practical part of the bachelor thesis focuses on the evaluation of the current system of development and training in the chosen company. The evaluation is identified on the basis of a questionnaire survey, analysis of the current state of development and training in the selected company and theoretical knowledge. The main contribution of the thesis is to suggest recommendations for improving the current state of training and development of employees.
