Analýza personální práce ve vybrané společnosti

Abstract

The theme of this thesis is the analysis of personal work in a chosen company. I chose a company that is manufacturing company in the textile sector. This thesis is divided into two sections. The theoretical part concerns how the personnel work should look like. Closer focus on such personal work - human resource planning, strategy acquisition candidates to fill vacancies, adaptation strategies, education and the incorporation of workers and ways of rewarding staff. In the practical part I focus at a concrete example. To this end, I will serve the company Schoeller Litvinov k.s. involved in the manufacture of textile.
