Abstract
The thesis deals with the law institutes of securing the obligations arising from contract for work, equality between client and contractor as part of their application and use in the field of capital construction, their appreciation and highlighting the most common problems of the most highly used of them.
The content is divided into five main parts. The first deals with the contract for work as such, its historical development and future treatment. The next chapter deals with the rights and obligations arising from a contract for work, both in terms of the contractor and client. The third section deals with securing law institutes from the perspective of legal theory. The fourth section then analyzes these resources in terms of practice, which deals with a crucial part of the penalty to focus on the determination of its amount. The last chapter develops and evaluates the results of the survey in the field based on the questionnaire.
