Abstract

Aim of this study was to analyze the marketing strategy of the ski and snowboard school JAPA and possible changes and recommendations. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part is a theoretical definition of the terms with which operates in the following section. It's all about the questionnaire, SWOT analysis, marketing environment characteristics and personal observations. The third part is a summary of the results of the investigation and subsequent proposal to improve the situation. The obtained results is to propose several steps that can improve marketing strategy ski and snowboard school JAPA. This objective has been met.
