Supervisor.: Bindr, T. The subjekt of this bachelor thesis was to create documentation for the construction of social housing in the area of fromer Dukel military quarters in Opava, Předměstí. The objekt is part of the proposed residential block. This project revers to the semester work of studio III and studio IV. The project is dividend into text dokumentation and drawing dokumentation. The text part contains an accompanying and technical report. The drawing part contains an architectural detail of the café, which is part of a residential building.
