Financování investiční akce obce

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem financování konkrétní investiční akce města Brušperk s ohledem na jeho vývoj hospodaření. Teoretická část se věnuje základní charakteristice postavení obcí v rámci ČR, rozsahu jejich působnosti, obecným zásadám hospodaření včetně přiblížení ukazatelů zadluženosti a v neposlední řadě strategickému plánování na této úrovni. Praktická část obsahuje samotnou analýzu hospodaření města včetně rozpočtového výhledu na příslušné roky. V závěru diplomové práce jsou zhodnoceny možné varianty financování vybrané investiční akce a následně doporučeno optimální řešení vycházející především z vypracované analýzy a také z konkrétních výstupů hodnocení jednotlivých variant.

The diploma thesis deals with the suggestion of financing of specific investment project prepared by the town of Brušperk, with regard to its economic progress. The theoretical part is focused on the basic characteristics of the status of municipalities in the Czech Republic, the scope of their activity, the general principles of management, including the introduction of the debt indicators and last but not least strategic planning at this level. The practical part contains an analysis of the town management, including budget outlook for the respective years. In the end of the diploma thesis there are reviewed possible variants for financing of the selected investment project and subsequently recommended optimal solution based primarily on elaborated analysis and also specific outcomes of individual variant evaluation.
