Abstract

This bachelor thesis describes the process of applying the obligations of a limited liability company founder. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The first part explains theoretical knowledge related to business issues in general. The second part describes the specific steps and procedures for establishing a limited liability company on the example of a fictitious company. All documents and forms related to this process are then attached as part of the annexes. Furthermore, the bachelor thesis also presents a business plan, which includes the business opportunity, the services and financial plan.
