Snímání hodnot a CNC řízení pohybu obráběcího nástroje

Abstract

This bachelor‘s thesis is focused on issues of CNC motion control cutting instrument, witch is achieved today controling by computer, in witch is stored template of required product. Template is given to suitable control program, witch can control, by communication interface, motion of cutting instruments of CNC machine, and make serialy similar products. From the entire machining process is almost completely eliminated human influence. The programmer is only on the beginning of the task and he has to create a template, setup and adjust the control program. The production itself is then already controlled by computer. This work deals with the revival already madden CNC milling machine, which for the movement of the cutting tool uses stepper motors and a professional control program StepFour. Another objective of this thesis is to establish 3D mechanical design table for laser cutting provided by Slavík-Technické plasty Ltd. using for the motion of machine instruments DC motors.
