Systém zdolávání následků mimořádných událostí

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce „Systém zdolávání následků mimořádných událostí“ je analýza současného systému řízení a organizace záchranných a likvidačních prací mimořádné události. Práce je rozdělena do pěti částí. V první části seznamuje čtenáře s pojmem krizový štáb, nastiňuje druhy krizových štábů, postavení a úkoly jednotlivých členů štábu. Druhá část se věnuje taktické úrovni koordinace v místě zásahu, struktuře řízení a úloze velitele zásahu. Poté je zmapováno, jak funguje systém v zahraničí, konkrétně na Slovensku. Ve čtvrté části je rozebrán konkrétní případ železničního neštěstí ve Studénce. V závěru práce je shrnutí dané problematiky a doporučení pro další postup.

The subject of the bachelor thesis „System of Coping with Consequences of Extraordinary Events“ is an analysis of current control system and organization of salvage and liquidation work of extraordinary events. The thesis is divided into five parts. The first part introduces the concept of crisis staff, outlines the types of crisis staffs, position and responsibilities of individual staff members. The second part deals with the tactical level of coordination in the place of intervention, management structure and the role of commander of intervention. Then, the work of the system abroad is mapped, particularly in the Slovak Republic. In the fourth section, the particular case of the rail disaster in Studenka is analysed. The conclusion contains a summary of the issues and recommendations for further action.
