Analýza pojištění odpovědnosti z provozu vozidla pro vybraného podnikatele

Abstract

The main topic of this master thesis is analysis of motor third party liability insurance for selected entrepreneur. The task was to analyze motor third party liability insurance on the Czech market and choose by agreed criteria the best and optimal product for the selected entrepreneur. There is characteristic of motor third party liability insurance, its authorities, subjects and legislation described in the theoretical part of the master thesis. Accountant and tax aspects of this problematic are listed too. The practical part is consisted of analysis of the motor third party liability insurance on the Czech market and the optimal choice for the selected entrepreneur. Multi–criterial rating was chosen for the final decision. At the end of the master thesis are summed up results and final rating. In this thesis was used description, oral questioning method, comparation and analysis.
