Abstract

This bachelor thesis provides an overview of the activities, practices and knowledge that benefited an internal project at PO Lighting. In order to gain enough knowledge to create this thesis, I not only observed how various problems were solved directly in the company environment, but also actively participated in solving them myself for fifty working days between September 2022 and April 2023. All my activities and procedures that led to the solution of each task are documented in this thesis. My goal is to prove that this field is capable of preparing individuals to successfully adapt to different working conditions and procedures. The significance of this thesis for me is mainly in the realization of other possibilities, how I can use my knowledge practically.
