Abstract
The aim of the thesis is to describe starting a Business of the Company with Limited Liability. The thesis includes basic concepts related to small and medium-sized businesses, the different types of small and medium-sized businesses, their legal form and business plan. Further, procedures how to establish the Company with Limited Liability are explained. In the conclusion of the thesis the business plan for fictitious firm are compiled.
