Abstract
The bachelor thesis focuses on designing a marketing communication strategy for the Tulipán flower shop. The goal of the thesis is to create an affordable yet effective marketing communication plan. The work is based on an analysis of the company's current marketing communication and data obtained through a questionnaire survey.
To achieve this goal, a qualitative research using a questionnaire survey is conducted, with the results evaluated both verbally and graphically. Based on the obtained data, a final concept and approach to using marketing tools are proposed, aiming to maintain relationships with loyal customers, attract new customers, and raise awareness of the business. The output of the thesis is the design of promotional materials and their graphical processing.
