Hospodaření obce

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se nazývá Hospodaření obce. Pojednává o pravidlech hospodaření obce. Seznamuje čtenáře s pojmy majetek obce, orgány obce, rozpočet obce, specifikuje příjmy, výdaje, financování. V praktické části se zabývá analýzou příjmů a výdajů jednotlivě za obec Leština a za obec Lesnice. Pojednává o historii obcí, jejich současnosti, analyzuje financování, příjmy a výdaje každé obce zvlášť. Ve čtvrté kapitole došlo k zhodnocení příjmů a výdajů. Zhodnocení je konkrétně provedeno na financování, daňových příjmech a běžných výdajích. Zabývá se nejvýznamnějšími položkami. V závěru jsou shrnuty poznatky a navrhnuty doporučení pro srovnávané obce.

This work is called the Management of the municipality. It discusses the rules concerning the financial management of the municipality. It introduces readers with the the terms of municipal assets, municipality authorities, municipality budget, specifies the incomes, expenses, financing. The practical part deals with the analysis of income and expenditure separately for municipality Lestina and Lesnice. It discusses the history of communities, their present, analyze financing, income and expenses each municipality separately. The fourth chapter include evaluation of the income and expenditure. Evaluation is done specifically to finance, tax revenue and current expenditure. It deals with the most important items. The conclusion summarizes the findings and recommendations designed to compared municipalities.
