Analýza podmínek založení nového podnikatelského subjektu

Abstract

The subject of the Bachelor’s work titled “Analysis of the conditions for the establishment of a new entrepreneurial entity” is an analysis of conditions for the establishment of an entrepreneurial entity in accordance with legal standards of the Czech Republic in force. This analysis is elaborated from the point of view of specific entrepreneurship opportunities, according to the analysis of the risks involved with individual forms of business and according to the input costs and timescale. The theoretical part of the work focuses on the characteristics of the basic forms of business in the Czech Republic, which are subsequently analysed according to the input costs and timescale in relation to the entrepreneurship risk.
