Abstract

The subject of Diploma Thesis is ,,The Analysis of human resources activities in The Aperam Stainless Services & Solutions Tubes CZ s.r.o.“ The Diploma Thesis is divided into the several parts. In the first part called characteristic of company is described the history, organizational structure and the production of the company. The second part which was written based on the theoretical literature is focused on theoretical definition of the basic concepts from the human resources department. This part describes recruitment process of employees to the phase of releasing of employees. The practical part describes the process of the human resources activities in the company, this part also includes hypotheses and related questionnaire for the purpose of finding the employee satisfaction with the provided benefits. The results from the questionnaire are used to verify established hypotheses.
