Analýza aktuálního systému řízení lidských zdrojů výrobní společnosti

Abstract

The goal of this diploma thesis is to analyze the human resources management processes in manufacturing company STROJFERR, s.r.o., to describe the existing system, to focus on the optimizing of the workers’ needs, and to assess the benefits of this optimization. In the first part, general theoretical bases for HR management are outlined; the second part contains an analysis of the condition and development during the last 10 years; and finally, the last part of the diploma thesis contains suggestions of changes in the current evaluation and remuneration system as well as an assessment of the benefits of the suggested changes related to the objective of this thesis.
