Návrh využití sklepních částí zámku Paskov

Abstract

The aim of the work is design of usage of castle´s basement in Paskov. Based on the requirements of the city Paskov for the future use of the space as a wine cellar was created framework proposal for these purposes. The proposal itself was conducted socio-economic survey, which aim was to confirm or deny interest in the wine cellar in this location and map the preferences of the population for solving a wine cellar and then a SWOT analysis and Porter's five forces model, which aim was to take into account all aspects related to the real market situation and to determine the limits and possible limitations for a successful functioning of the wine cellar.The work was divided into theoretical and practical part. In theoretical part I solved the probem of the brownfields, then the description of the territory and also the castle in Paskov.In the practical part I suggested the use of basements of the castle in Paskov.For the usage of the basement was chosen the option of the wine cellar. For it we created the socio-economic survey, which is part of the work. I also used a SWOT analysis and Porter's five forces model.
