Analýza pracovní spokojenosti zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci

Abstract

The main objective of this work was to ascertain the level of job satisfaction of employees in selected organization. Uncover the strengths and weaknesses of satisfaction. The work deals with the relation of the work environment, relation to work and personal factors (such as gender and length of working relation). To analyze the problem, we compiled and used our own questionnaire. Results showed a total job satisfaction and satisfaction with individual factors (work environment, relation to work) and the fact that long-term employees are happier.
