Abstract

The aim of the bachelor's thesis is a business plan, which should be an accurate tool for the future implementation of the project. This project focuses on the conversion of a family house into housing units. The reconstruction was selected for possible implementation and for a clear overview of the owner about the environment, market, finances and risk. The theoretical part focuses on the general conditions and definition of a business plan. The practical part describes the proposed implementation of the project and analyzes are used to examine the environment and whether the project has a chance to succeed. We find out with the help of a financial plan, SWOT analysis and risk analysis, etc. The outputs are evaluated in the last part and it follows from them that the project can be successful basically in any scenario.
