Abstract
The topic of the Bachelor’s thesis is to use database as the tool for integration of application.
In the thesis I suggest architecture and basic processes when using database as integration
layer. The scope of this work is limited to the product Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2 because
it is the product which I have most experience with. I describe each type of database objects
needed for integration. I recommend usage of database objects as the first step in transition of
system integration from Peer-To-Peer to SOA. I point out some technical issues which I
encounter during my practice.
