Abstract

The thesis is devoted to the analysis of the competitiveness of the company ERGO BEST, s.r.o. The main objective is to analyze the competitiveness of the company, which is engaged in construction and glazing activity in region. Using selected methods, I analyzed the status of the company and its surroundings, and based on the information society to give recommendations to increase competitiveness. The work is divided into two main parts. The first part is theoretical, where specified, all important concepts and methods. In the practical part, I first addressed the performance of the company. Here are elucidated the main activity of the company, long-term and strategic goals of the company or organizational structure. Another point of practical application of the theoretical specifics on the company EGO BEST, s.r.o. It is an analysis of macro, micro and strategic analysis. Based on this knowledge, which I achieved through analysis and methods developed recommendations to increase the competitiveness of the company ERGO BEST, s.r.o. in region.
