Abstract

The goal of diploma thesis is to define the importance of travel insurance; on the model examples make a legal analysis of insurance issues solutions and confirm benefits of travel insurance from client´s perspective. In the theoretical part outcoming tourism, which this thesis was focused on as well as travel insurance product are described. Insurance relationship concluded between both parts of travel insurance together with contractual formalities is stated. In the practical part the determined insurance companies are presented. The particular products are chosen among these insurance companies, out of which the most suitable product is selected by comparing method. To solve insurance issues the legal method of legal regulations interpretation is used as well as language method and thanks to these methods the direct interpretation of legal regulation will be involved. In the last part of this thesis trends in travel insurance are defined in connection with innovations to be done necessarily. The whole thesis is added by the research results being made by questionnaire. This thesis is devoted to those wandering about travel insurance advantage.
