Obchod s přeshraničními přenosovými kapacitami

Abstract

Hlavním cílem Evropské unie je liberalizace trhu elektrické energie s dobře fungujícím vnitřním trhem. Pro dobře fungující vnitřní trh je nutné zavést konkurenci v celé Evropské unii. V první části popisuji vývoj liberalizace trhu s elektřinou od začátku až dodnes včetně platné legislativy v Evropské unii a České republice. V druhé části je popis různých aukcí s výpočtem kapacity přeshraničního profilu, definováním podpůrných služeb a obchodováním s elektrickou energií. Ve třetí části analyzuji ceny na trhu s přeshraničními přenosovými kapacitami v ročních aukcích od roku 2003-2011, měsíčních aukcí od roku 2003-2010. Ve čtvrté části se zabývám budoucím vývojem aukcí s přeshraniční přenosovou kapacitou. Uvádím další možné ovlivňující faktory jako klimaticko-energetický balíček i rizika vyplývající z obchodování s elektrickou energií. Dále jsou popisovány komodity, které výrazně ovlivňují růst cen elektrické energie.

The main goal of the European Union is liberalization of the market of electrical power in well done domestic market. It‘ s neccessary to make a competitiveness in the European Union in order to domestic one works well. The liberalization of the market from the very beginnig to these days including present legislation in the EU and the Czech Republic is described in the first part of the thesis. The second one describes varios auction with calculation capacity of transfrontier profile, defined services and trading in electrical energy. The third part analyzes the prices of the transfrontier transmissive capacities in yearly auctions from 2003- 2011 and monthly one dated from 2003- 2011. The forth part describes the future in the field of auctions in transfrontier transmissive capacities. Other possible factors influencing factors as climate- energetic pack and risks resulting from making contracts of electrical power are mentioned. The commodities that considerably influencies the prices of electrical energy are dicribed too.
