Abstract
The thesis aims to improve and simplify the process of evaluation and selection of suppliers after a deep analysis at RD Rymarov s.r.o. The author reviewed the literature in the first part. Furthermore, the author finds several system shortages and recommends various options for improvement. The paper concludes with evaluation of the proposed recommendations.
