Abstract

The theme of the diploma thesis is the system of remuneration of employees in call-centers. The target of diploma thesis was to evaluate the current system of remuneration telephone operators for their work in the form of motivational wage and other benefits, including any proposals that will help to increase the level of services offered chosen telemarketing company. In the theoretical part defines concepts related to human resource management with a focus on reward employees. The research is based on an analysis of the current state, determine the components motivational remuneration and the survey of the studied company to identify customer needs. Furthermore, the new commission system and the system of remuneration in the form of a cafeteria system are made.
