Organizace a fungování živnostenských úřadů

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je problematika fungování a organizace živnostenských úřadů. Práce popisuje podnikání a jeho formy, živnostenské podnikání, živnosti, jejich druhy a členění, popisuje živnostenskou správu a živnostenské úřady jako instituce vykonávající tuto správu, jejich funkce, územní organizaci, vnitřní uspořádání a personální zajištění. V praktické části práce přibližuje organizaci obecních živnostenských úřadů v okrese Nový Jičín, jejich začlenění v organizační struktuře městských úřadů a srovnává výkony jednotlivých obecních živnostenských úřadů.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is the system of operation and organization of the trade licensing offices. This thesis describes entrepreneurship and its forms, trade license business, trades, their forms and classification, describes trade licensing administration and trade licensing offices as the institutions that perform this administration, their functions, territorial organization, the internal structure and staffing. The practical part depicts the organization of municipal trade licensing offices in the district of Novy Jicin, their integration into the organizational structure of municipal offices and makes comparison of performance of the individual municipal trade licensing offices.
