Zhodnocení finanční situace vybrané stavební společnosti

Abstract

The bachelor thesis is focused on evaluation of financial health of a selected building company. The economic situation is assessed for the years 2016-2020 using several methods of financial analysis, including horizontal and vertical analysis, differential analysis, ratio analysis, pyramid decomposition and summary models. According to the results, possible recommendations are then proposed to improve the financial situation of the company. The bachelor thesis is divided into 4 main sections. First chapter is devoted to the theoretical basis of financial analysis, followed by a chapter that characterizes the selected construction company. The third part deals with the application of selected indicators presented in the theoretical part and the last by providing proposals and recommendations for improving the financial situation of the company.
