Abstract

Diplomová práce, Ostrava: VŠB – Technická Univerzita Ostrava, Fakulta bezpečnostního inženýrství, 2017, 69 stran Diplomová práce se zabývá využitím facility managementu při provozování prvků kritické infrastruktury. V první části je provedena analýza současného stavu v České republice. Ve druhé části je navržen algoritmus hodnocení využitelnosti facility managementu při provozování prvků kritické infrastruktury a jsou definovány prvky kritické infrastruktury, u nichž lze facility management aplikovat. Třetí část obsahuje model využití facility managementu při provozu prvku kritické infrastruktury, jehož součástí je pasportizace činností facility managementu a návrh kvalifikačních kritérií případných dodavatelů.

Diploma Thesis, Ostrava: VŠB – Technical University Ostrava, Faculty of Safety Engineering, 2017, 69 pages The aim of this diploma thesis is to research usage of facility management during the operation of the elements of critical infrastructure. Firstly, an analysis of the current state in Czech Republic was done. Secondly, an evaluation algorithm of usability of facility management during the operation of the elements of critical infrastructure has been designed, along with defining the elements of critical infrastructure where facility management can be applied. The third part of this diploma thesis includes a model of usage of facility management during the operation of the elements of critical infrastructure that includes the passportisation of the activity of facility management and a proposal of qualifying criteria of possible suppliers.
